Quran and Quran Refund Policy

At Quran and Quran Academy, our refund policy is structured to address various situations regarding student fees. Once the trial classes period ends, students may request a full refund of their fees. However, if a student attends a class after the trial period, they will no longer be eligible for a refund. Below are the specific cases under which refunds are applicable:

Case 1

Students can request a refund only after completing the trial classes.

Case 2

Students are entitled to a refund if Quran and Quran Academy fails to provide classes as per the agreed schedule.

Case 3

If a student attends a class after the trial period, they cannot request a refund of the fees.

Case 4

If a student decides to pause classes for any reason, the paid amount will be credited toward the next month’s classes.

Case 5

If the cost of processing the refund exceeds the fee amount, Quran and Quran Academy will not issue a refund. Additionally, if Quran and Quran Academy is unable to conduct classes at the scheduled time, we will either refund your fees or reschedule the classes at your convenience.
